Support our Seniors
The AHS Class of 2027 Senior Celebration is a parent‑led, volunteer‑run event that gives our seniors a safe, fun way to celebrate together after graduation. Your donation helps cover venue costs, food, prizes, and entertainment so every student can attend, regardless of ability to pay. We’re grateful for any amount you can give and for your support of our seniors and their final high school memories.
And here’s a simple explanation of the sponsorship levels:
Red Sponsor
$75
Red Sponsors help cover core event costs like decorations and supplies. Your name will be listed on our event materials and online thank‑you page.
Black Sponsor
$150
Black Sponsors provide a larger impact by helping fund food, prizes, and activities for the night. Your name or business logo will be highlighted on our event materials and online thank‑you page.
Entertainment Sponsor
$250+
Entertainment Sponsors underwrite major elements of the celebration, such as DJs, photo booths, and special activities. Your name or business logo will receive premium recognition on event signage, online thank‑you pages, and select event communications.
Our sponsorship materials make it easy for families, friends, local businesses, and community partners to get involved. The Sponsorship Letter explains the purpose of Project Graduation and ways businesses and organizations can support the event, while the Sponsorship Opportunities Flyer provides sponsorship levels, benefits, and easy sign-up and payment information.
Every contribution helps us provide a safe, fun, and memorable celebration for Austin High School's graduating seniors.
